Although we prefer to provide ongoing advice and investment management for our clients, we are also proud of our ability to help individuals on a “one-off” basis or on an “as-needed” basis so whether you need to review a multi-million pound investment portfolio or whether you are struggling to work out the best way to build your first £10,000 of savings, we are confident we will be able to offer a pricing model to suit you.
Advice Services
Prior to engaging us for an advice service, we offer an initial meeting to understand your situation and identify your financial needs and objectives to assess which of our services, if any, may be suitable.
We charge an initial fee for our services to cover the work we undertake to deliver and fulfil the recommendations that we may propose to you in order to achieve your financial needs and objectives.
We also offer an Ongoing Monitoring & Review Service where you would like to engage us to manage your investments for you.

Prior to engaging us for an advice service, we offer an initial meeting to understand your situation and identify your financial needs and objectives to assess which of our services, if any, may be suitable.

If you have more than one pension or ISA plan, we can undertake an in-depth review to assess the appropriateness of consolidating them and investing into our Centralised Investment Proposition.
As part of our service, we will liaise with the relevant pension / ISA providers on your behalf to consolidate the plans.
Once you are already invested into our Centralised Investment Proposition, future transfers may be executed via our non-advised Direct Offer (conditions may apply)

As you approach retirement, we can undertake a review of your current pension plans, alongside your personal financial situation and assess the options available to you, presenting you with a plan to meet your individual requirements. As part of our service, we will assist with putting this plan in place, contacting the relevant pension providers on your behalf.

This service is aimed at our existing passively-managed clients and incorporates an in-depth review of your financial and personal situation, understanding your financial objectives, attitude to risk and capacity for loss to create an overall plan for your money and convert you to an actively-managed client.
As well as the initial fee, there will be a change in ongoing from from £250pa to 0.50% of your portfolio value.

We can assist in helping you plan wisely to meet the rising future costs of private education and / or university fees to help you provide your children with the best possible education without breaking the bank. We will discuss your choice of educational institutions with you as well as your current financial situation and carry out a review of the options available to you.
If you would like an annual review, you may find a cashflow planning exercise will enable you to assess if you are still on track to meet your goals.

If you subsequently decide to engage us immediately following the meeting for any of our services that will result in using our Ongoing Monitoring & Review service, we will look to offset this fee against the initial fee for the service we provide

This service includes investment recommendations on investment portfolios outside of our Centralised Investment Proposition e.g., an in-depth review of your current investments and any funds you are invested in to assess their suitability with a potential recommendation of specific additional/alternative funds on the same platform and will incorporate a review of the appropriateness of product provider.
This service requires in-depth research on the provider and the funds available.

Our Ongoing Monitoring & Review Service includes:
Ongoing evaluation of your situation, including an annual meeting and cashflow report, as well as an annual evaluation of the suitability of our advice and confirming the products and investments we have recommended remain suitable.
Ongoing review of client investments under active management, including updates to our portfolios based upon our quarterly research.
Ongoing centralised research, including recommendations to invest in bespoke products.
Annual review of providers, assessing if they remain suitable, taking into account the services they provide, their charges and their standard of service and efficiency, etc.
Ongoing support, including ongoing access to an adviser or client manager if you require any support or guidance.

Service Tiers & Discounted Fees
In order to provide fair value, our actively-managed clients i.e., who take up our Ongoing Monitoring & Review Service, are classified into Service Tiers and may benefit from discounted initial fees based on the services they engage us for and the Service Tier they are in. The Service Tiers are based on a client’s total individual assets managed by EB Wealth on which EB Wealth receives an Ongoing Monitoring & Review Service fee.
Service Tiers start at £100,000. For portfolios less than £100,000, you would be subject to our standard fees or we can also offer our more cost-effective Passive Centralised Investment Proposition using our Non-Advised Direct Offer Promotions – see later.

We generally review the market 3-4 times a year to identify and research bespoke products (structured products and structured deposits) that look attractive based on our selection criteria and client needs. These may be recommended to clients paying for our Ongoing Monitoring & Review Service Fee. Clients wishing to invest will need to notify us within a short timeframe before the availability of the product expires, generally 2-4 weeks.

Based on your personal data, the cash-flow modeling service helps you understand your current financial position and your future financial position by generating a financial planning forecast.
